• Stimulate environments through which both communities will learn, work, and creatively solve problems together through reciprocal cultural, educational, municipal, business, professional and technical exchanges and projects.
 
• Collaborate with organizations in the United States and other countries which share similar goals.
 
Our Mission:

To solidify the friendship that exists between the two sister cities by fostering programs that provide an opportunity to learn from each other.

To establish activities/programs for cultural exchanges for the purpose of sharing information about education, industry, commerce and tourism.
